My Home Base
Elizabethtown, Kentucky, United States
Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
Southern male, redneck male, British male, Australian male, Russian male, French male, Elderly French female
I perform many impressions including, Hank Hill from "King of the Hill", Mickey Mouse, Wilford Brimley from the "Liberty Medical" commercials, United States Presidents, Carter, Ford, Regan, Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr, also Dr. Phil, Matthew Mcconaughey, and many others. Give me a voice and a couple days to study and practice it and more than likely I can do a proficient impression.
One of my favorite characters that I do is that of Collette le Petite Mouton, an elderly female French sheep. That last one may not make sense until you hear it. Collette would be great for commercial work as well as educational cartoons, a French Dora the Explorer if you will.
My Voice Experience
I started doing voices in high school in 2003 with my school's television production class. We worked on skits and commercials and I was always there doing different voice over work as needed. I continued this throughout college and did some freelance work afterwords, including a political advertisement for an online blog.
My Training
My television production classes in high school and college prepared me well for work in the voice over arts.
My Studio Equipment
I have access to audio editing software and a microphone in my home. My good friend Jim has a professional studio setup with mixers, various mics, software, etc. that he will let me have access to. I also live a short distance from several local music stores with in house recording studios and am a mere 45 minute drive from Louisville, KY where there are many professional level studios.
Additional Skills
I am hard working, I rarely get sick, and have the ability to learn and mimic most voices. I'm sure that whatever your voice over needs, I'll fit the bill. Thanks for your consideration.
