About David
Equipped with an extremely diverse arsenal of vocal ranges and dialects, I can provide most anything from a smooth, professional voice, to a hard-sell energetic voice.
I also have a wide array of voice impersonations, such as Christopher Walken, George W. Bush, William Clinton, John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Johnny Cash, Gilbert Godfried, Adam Sandler, Jack Nicholson, Johnny Carson, Robin Leach, Sylvester Stallone, Pee-Wee Herman and many more.
My cartoon character impersonations, or cartoon voiceovers, are just as eclectic: Shaggy, Scooby-Doo, Peter Griffin, Brian from Family Guy, Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Droopy Dog, Groundskeeper Willy, Beavis, Butthead, Golem (Smiegel), and many others.
Dialects include Native American, Indian, Black (African American), Caucasian, Latin, Cuban, Spanish, Western European, Russian, Scottish, Irish, Cockney, Australian, and Southern USA.

- Experience, training, and equipmentI've done a wide array of commercials locally and recently begun to expand to other industries and locations around the country. Local industrials, some phone system voiceovers (Voicemail recordings), and a couple of radio commercial spots featuring cartoon character impersonations have been my experience thus far. I received formal voice acting training from the Specs Howard School of Broadcasting Arts, as well as theatrical experience from the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre. I am currently enrolled in classes at Second City for improvisation.
