My Voice Experience
As a soldier in the US Army, I was working as a pharmacy specialist at Ft. Eustis, VA. I was in charge of a particular computer system that was used to process prescription refills. One update of the system put recorded drug monographs at the patient's finger tips. All the patient had to do, was call the refill line, and choose to hear information about the particular drug they were taking.
