Celia began her voice over career nearly 29 years ago -- voicing radio ads for various southern CA radio stations. All the while, Celia was studying with some of the top names in the VO business. Narration projects for local companies followed. Fast forward to today, and Celia is recording projects from her home studio and delivering them to clients all over the US, as well as South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Her voice over service encompasses a wide-range of media: broadcast, cable, film, video, internet, product display, and phone systems; and all forms of applications: advertising, promotion, education, and entertainment.
While she continues to play “real person” roles in commercials, narrations currently make up the bulk of her voice over workload. Her projects include eLearning courses, corporate presentations, web videos, CBT, podcasts, audio blogs, telephone message systems, on-hold messages, audiobooks, in-store displays, audio blogs.
Some of her credits include:
Samsung, Merck, Verizon, Disney, Audible, State Farm Insurance, Time Warner Communications, Florida Marlins, Taser, Circuit-World and Fibria.

she’s got a natural, warm sound and is fun to work with!”
John Matthew, Owner, John Matthew Voiceover
"A lot of people in the commercial-producing biz will tell you how difficult it can be to find voice people who sound 'real'. Traditionally voice work was about as real as reality television... but it's come full-circle. Celia IS that real voice."
B. Barker, RightAfterThis!
"Celia has done a wonderful job on every script that I have ever sent her way. She is excellent about my all too often short turn around times and still makes the ads sound GREAT too!!!
J. Small, The Great Spot Company
“It was nice and easy working with you on this project.
Let’s hope for more projects soon.”
T. P. Christoffersen, Key Account Manager, Arnsbo Media
