My Voice Experience

I became a broadcast journalist because of the Viet Nam War. For me it was the writing that was most important. I was to find that the passion with which I wrote translated into the passion with which I spoke. I began to understand my voice as a tool, interperating the copy became an artform in news and commercial voice. I will be happy to send you an air check of my political program and examples of my commercial work.

My Training

I spent four years at Metorpolitian State College, Denver Colorado. Graduate scholarship, Television Writing and Directing, University of Colorado at Boulder, Declined. At this time I was working some sixty hours as on air talent and reporter. Learning my craft and expanding my repertoire. These talents later held me in good stead as the head writer for a film production company, where I did voice over work. Later stints as news director, reporter,t.v. and radio and as advanced management and media laision for corporations. Along the way I managed to create the concept of voice over voice commercials.

My Studio Equipment

I have Audio Studio and a Shure, SM48 Microphone. Not to mention that I am the most important part of my studio equipment.

Additional Skills

I have been an athlete all my life and have taught kickboxing. I built a solar home in the mountains of Colorado and lived aboard a sailboat in Key West. I hold a Master Captains Ticket and the honor of being a news director. I have fought with passion for my beliefs. I have suffered the slings and arrows of every fool that,nobly,tilted at windmills. My life is tanned and hard and full of wonder and delight.
