Okay here's the deal.I have worked in Customer the vast majority of my employment career affording me the opportunity to come in contact we people all over the world therefore being exposed to so many accents and dialects alike. Having my type of personality co-workers find me an absolute joy to be around jesting about. I can impersonate many different characters. British/English, Island girl, Asian, Spanish, Southern Bell, children male and female.

My Voice Experience

Here is the best story I've got. I was living in Southern CA. and I was at the Fox Hills Mall looking for a job. This particular day was rough, every store I went into and took time to fill out an application (yeah those were the good ole days no computer on-line face to face) anyway I kept getting we will put application on file etc. Now I was dressed to impress so that was not the problem and I have a great smile and all so I'm getting discourage. I decided to try one more Store. A large Department Store which shall be nameless, now I didn't rehearse this move it just came out of nowhere but I went up to the Customer Service counter and asked if they were hiring with a Jamaican accent. NOW for whatever reason the Sales Clerk hurried and gave me an application asked if I had time to fill it out so she could have someone see me once I had completed the application of course I said yes still in character and I was hired on the spot. I worked there for 6 mouths with this accent. Funny thing my best friend and her daughter came there to shop one day and heard be talking with my accent and the child said mommy why is auntie talking funny like that. Kids got to love them their innocence and all.

My Training

Well the only training I would have to say that I was a member of Faces International/John Robert Powers. Attended Evergreen college in San Jose CA. and took classes in Speech Drama and Performing Arts.
