Voice Description
When I receive a script I will study it to determine what is the "intent". I am not an announcer, I am a voice artiste (pronounced as in "east"). In other words, if I am selling to retired people i would speak clearly, softly and concisely. if it's a younger audience, a more uptempo delivery would be in order. I can go from soft and maliflous to the hard sell screamin' demon depending on the circumstances.

My Voice Experience
My voiceover experience is vast, and this box is not big enough to mention all of my past voice acting jobs. I do remember my first narration was recorded at Commercial Recording in Cleveland for the Firestone 500 race produced by Impact Communications in 1976. Altho' I normally don't like name dropping, some of the other bigger projects included Ford, Revco, Sister's Chicken, Damon's, Ademco, Listen! I could go on and on here, but what's the point? It's ancient history. I was one of the first podcasters in America in November 2003. Will that score me any points? probably not
My Training
started in the performing arts at little theaters
located in northeast ohio at the age of 10. (hangin' out with mom at first) At the age of 14 started at dad's radio station, then moved on after graduation to work as a radio broadcast news journalist and in commercial production at several broadcasting companies across the U.S. for 27 years, all the while freelancing. (We called it freelancing back in the old days)
