This is my sixth year doing voice overs, and in that time I have done over 300 projects.
Some of my favorites include a commercial for the NABI tablet (I got one for my birthday!), being the voice of toys for MEGABLOKS and The Learning Journey, radio commercials for Little Caesar's Pizza, a Happy Mother's Day video for Nivea and each month I record audio stories for Click Magazine.
I have done many educational apps and games, characters in mystery video games, commercials for radio, tv and the internet, and voices for animated characters.
Here are some nice things some of my clients have said about my voice over work (and the help my mom and dad do on directing and recording me):
Thanks David, Weston and Jeany... Excellent Work! It has been a sheer pleasure working with all of you. I look forward to collaborating in the future. Royce Channey, Arbor Cube LLC
"The recording was perfect! You sound exactly how I wanted Jonah to sound, and really made him come to life in a fun way. Great job! I also really appreciate that you read it a few different ways, so I can pick and choose the versions I want to use. I wouldn't change a thing, you did wonderfully." Laci Morgan, animator
“I loved it!...Please let Weston know that he is a great talent!” Anthony Pearson
“Weston, we just listened to your audition, and we absolutely love it!” “...Perfect recordings, thanks!” “...convey our thanks to Weston for his terrific work! We will most certainly consider your services for our future needs.” Emmanuel Lesser for an iphone application
"We're all excited to have Weston as part of this spot. Everyone fell in love with his voice. Weston has everyone ... ooo-ing and ahh-ing. The spot sounds fantastic." Eric Martinez; Cooney Watson and Associates ("Look for the Stars" tv and radio campaign, State of New Mexico)
"Weston, you are very talented and very special, and I appreciate you giving your time and energy. Fantastic. It’s outstanding! Weston, man, you’re a pleasure to work with. Standing ovation." Marshall Zweig, Oz Productions (Little Caesar's Pizza spots)
"Well–– your family made me cry! Excellent! And you made me grin! It is a joyous thing that you folks do, indeed. Your work is quite genuinely, exceptional." Michael P Haluska, author/producer ("Life of Ryan" children's audiobook series)
"Thank you Jeany and Weston for a great recording!" Jackaline Rutter, NECC
"Thanks for getting this read so fast. Great job. We'll keep you in our talent list for future projects." Joe Ferralli
I'm a wise cracker at the dinner table.
I'm in a children's choir that performs musicals.
I was in the Canadian Badlands Passion Play as "Tamar", and again as Ruel, and in 2012 and 2013 as a villager and featured child.
I'm also in the feature film "Remember" by MovieMakers and the upcoming feature film "Grandpa Dectective".
My mom and dad are both actors, so we're always goofing off and trying new voices. They coach and direct my recordings, and edit them too.
