About Will
(He/ Him)William “Will“ Akins is a musician, actor, and creative Director from the Northwest Indiana /Chicago land area. His onstage credits include Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, and Hunchback of Notre Dame. Mr. Akins’ studied music and theater at Vincennes‘s University and Indiana State University with the concentration in pedagogy and education. Will currently owns Creative Edge Academy, where he serves as creative director over the performance program (Creative Edge Performance Academy) and lead voice, piano, and acting instructor. Mr. Will is an enthusiastic, supportive, instructor and performer who believes giving your all, regardless of the amount and outcome, you were successful in the best regard. Perfection should never be the goal instead of the ability to find knowledge in your mistakes quickly so you can get better faster.
