About Verity
(She/Her)Hello,
I am an award winning actress, author and illustrator. I have a great passion for storytelling.
From a very young age I started telling stories. I remember when I was in primary school I made a picture book about a talking tomato. The teacher was so impressed with my book that she got the head teacher to come to the classroom to view it.
I published my first book last year and I’m currently writing a new novel.
In addition to these creative pursuits, I am an actress. I studied acting and voice classes for 8 years in Melbourne, NYC and London. I enjoy working in film and tv, also theatre. In 2019 I won my first best actress award at the Beverly Hills Film Festival for a film called Fairytale. I won my second best actress award at Cannes Film Festival in 2024.
I am also a mother to a beautiful little boy and every day with him is a blessing.
Congratulations on writing your book. It’s not an easy feat and I hope you’re extremely proud of yourself.
