My degree is a Bachelor of Science in telecommunications which I earned at Kent State University. From there I spent about 15 in years in public and commercial radio as an announcer, production, and music director. From 1987 to 2002, I worked in retail music, with a few freelance voiceover jobs here and there. Recently, I returned to public radio with a two hour weekly jazz program on WRFL, 88.1,Lexington, Kentucky, and on audio stream at wrfl.fm, 7-9AM ET Tuesdays. There, I've had access to a production room where I've cut some voice demos that are available now.
This has been described in the previous section.
I don't have a studio, but I do have access to one.
I worked in music retail for 15 years, in addition to the 15 years in music radio. So my musical knowledge is complete as far as what goes well with copy.
