About me:
I'm Jessica Trinidad, also known as Jessicat – an award winning Latin American Voice Actor and Bilingual Voice Actor with a Mexican background, offering a unique international accent. Born in Washington, I migrated to Mexico at the age of three and returned to the United States at 13, spending my formative years in California. As a Chicana from Cali, I've always been passionate about the entertainment industry, be it acting, singing, or using my vocals to captivate audiences.
My journey began with a love for radio telenovelas, a childhood fascination with the ability of unseen actors to paint vivid scenes with their voices. Despite academia not being my path, a folklore class in California connected me with a creative teacher who happened to be a radio producer. My talent for impersonating Mexican soap opera personalities led to radio commercials and sparked my love for voice acting.
In 2009, I transitioned from the nine-to-five office life to pursue voice acting, training with industry experts Joan Baker and Rudy Gaskins. Today, I proudly possess a full-blown international career in voice acting. I've lent my voice to various projects, including TV commercials, promos, overhead messaging, radio imaging, in-store announcements, trailers, YouTube videos, podcasts, explainer videos, PSAs, and corporate presentations.
Every day, I pinch myself, grateful for the privilege of doing what I love and voicing people's creations. I aim to guide audiences through both challenging and joyful times.
