I have 12 years+ experience, as a professional, and very disciplined voice talent.
I've done campaigns and voices for (among many others) Microsoft, KFC, Hewlett Packard, Visa, Pizza Hut, Schick Razors, Red Bull, Agfa, Pringles, Kellogg's, EMI, Sealy Posteurpedic, Greyhound Bus...
I'm also an award winning playwright, comedian, and published author.

Even though I was previously based in South Africa, my voice ads have been of sufficient quality to be used in the UK, Germany, and the US.
I was also a contracted TV promo voice for the national TV broadcaster (SABC TV 2) - requiring daily and weekly recordings of all channel info, promo's and adverts.
As a high profile, self taught performer, writer, and professional stand up comedian, I was rapidly grabbed to do voice adverts by ad agencies in South Africa.
These adverts in turn, created more and more work, and I rose to become regarded as one of the leading voice talents in South Africa.
(I was also a journalist - a weekly columnist for a nationally syndicated newspaper chain - I wrote about technology, internet, and did computer game reviews. (I'm a gamer and happy geek).
For a time I was also on-air host of my own late night talk radio show on 702 Radio in Johannesburg.

As a professional comedian and playwright, I have a cheerful off-the-wall sense of humor, and a good ear for dialog. (My theatre work has won awards in the US, UK and SA - so it's fair to say I'm fairly effective in my approach, regardless of market).
To me, with voice work, the object of the 'game' is to sell the Product effectively, and to ensure that the ad sounds as good (to the market) after repeated listens, as it did the first time.
Its not enough to just 'do a read'. I like to work harder at it, and give the Product, Client, and/or Agency, the best ranges of nuanced delivery that I can.
It's a work ethic that I bring to all my jobs - while understanding that rapid turnaround and deadlines, are part of the process.
