Beyond my professional singing career where I have 4 full length albums out and have hundreds of live performances under my belt, I have not had any formal jobs in voice acting. I am basically the guy that everyone asks to "do that voice, you know that one?". I get countless comments on my normal speaking voice as well over the phone or in person along the lines of "you should be in radio" or my personal fav "Wow, you should work on a sex hotline!". I have wanted to get into the business at some level for most of my life due to my talent. When Jim Carrey first hit the scene everyone thought he stole ideas from me. Sad really :( In basic I can copy most of what he can do in range and styles. No formal training. Long hours in the bath tub as a child, talking to myself in the mirror and watching WAY too much T.V. As stated above I have been in the music industry as a vocalist for most of my life. I am a sales and marketing professional as well so I am constantly on the phone and using my voice talent in more subtle ways. I am the voice on our phone system and generally the first voice most clients and buisnesses here when they first contact us. I am no stranger to the recording studio environment and I am even a junior sound engineer. I have a professional grade digital recording studio in my home as well. I can, at your request turn around a sample of any script and email you an mp3 with a sample of as many different voices or styles you would like to hear in no time.
