In 2007 I became a regular voice presenter for a local television show called 'Top Travel'.
From 2009 till present, I record regularly for the book publishers 'Maskew Miller Longman', mainly for their 2nd language English Speakers.
I set up my home studio in early 2013, and I have gained regular clients including 'Evoke IT', an online training company, 'mySMSbusiness.co.za', and 'boostyourbusiness.co.za'.
I have recorded dozens of spots for radio and tv, including Safaricom, Loaded Smoothies, Barons Car Dealership, and Shoprite Checkers.
I went to a Waldorf school, where the emphasis is on art and drama.
I graduated with a Performer's Diploma in Speech and Drama from UCT (University of Cape Town) in 1999.
In 2005 I was trained by Kayos Casting Directors, and started working as a studio director in the thriving commercials industry in Cape Town. I now freelance, and teach a workshop in casting technique at ACTcapetown film acting academy.
I have a Rode NT1-A mic, a Focusrite Platinum Voice Master, and a Focusrite SCARLETT 2i4 2in/4out USB Recording Interface.
I'm great at creating believable and cartoonish characters, and regularly work with theatre troops where a small cast play multiple characters.
I'm very comfortable on PC and Mac.
