- Experience, training, and equipmentMy background includes 4 years of voice work for radio (advertising, promos, and public service announcements) with occasional work in other fields (including instructional DVDs or television ads). I worked in radio as a copywriter and occasional voiceover announcer for seven years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies. I am dance instructor, teaching Salsa, Ballroom, Tango and West Coast Swing. I believe the process of communicating information every day to a varied group of people has helped me tremendously in developing the power and clarity of my voice and delivery. I am presently a full-time dance instructor, teaching Salsa, Ballroom, Tango and West Coast Swing.
