About Christopher
My greatest assets are a wide vocal range and good ear. My natural register sounds friendly, neighborly, and in the age range of 20s to 30s. However, I can also manipulate my voice to sound younger or older, deeper or higher pitched, or introduce other variations. For example, I can begin the read as a worried or exasperated young man and then switch to a relaxed, assured tone to emphasize the positive effect of your product. Alternatively, I can give you a warmer, deeper voice for a narrative feel, perform a more calculated and professional-sounding delivery, or let loose with a wacky and over the top character. I also have a musical background and can sing in character without losing that character’s personality.

- Experience, training, and equipmentI voiced characters in cartoon shorts for animation students at the University of Connecticut, including a whiney anti-hero, self-assured space captain, a calm but cold artificial intelligence, and a guttural evil alien. I’ve also done some on-camera work in amateur films and a few shorts. I trained under Edge Studio's extensive voice over education program. This program included one-on-one coaching with industry professionals. It also included classes on technique, business operations, marketing, auditioning, and home studio set up, all taught by experts in their fields. I’ve played with other musicians in more intimate settings as both a guitarist and lead singer. I also spent four summers as a camp counselor entertaining hundreds of campers by performing skits, building fictional characters, and narrating myths and legends.
