My experience in the field of voice over work is 12 years. The majority of my work has been audio commercials ranging from Party and Event, to commercials for businesses, radio commercials. In the last 4 years i have done several television commercials, from character depiction, played Santa for a series of commercials for different business houses, Main character in an advertising campaign for business in the gaming industry which involved 5 tv commercials, done character voice overs. I have worked for , Visual Domain Ltd, a media production company, for the majority of my career as a talent. through them I have done commercials for Heineken Beer, Guinness, Piton Beer, St. Lucia National Lotteries,Singer furniture and appliances, Cable & Wireless, Caribbean Metals, Bounty Rum. I later went on to do work for Bailey's Irish Cream, Ponche Kuba, also various clothing stores and specialty business. I have also hosted events and taken part in media productions. I have Hosted events featuring The Mighty Sparrow, Everton Blender, Junior Ried, Mya, Morgan Heritage, Beenie Man, Capleton, The Manhattens. Recently I co hosted the St Lucia Jazz festival in May 2006, Hosted the Miss Universe and Miss Earth Selection Pageants, in 2006, The BMW Amateur Golf Tournament (St. Lucia Leg) award ceremony. I currently work with MC DOWALL BROADCASTING CORPORATION which features both Radio & TV I have had no formal training as I was introduced to radio in St. Lucia. I first started with Hot FM communications ltd. in September of 2000. There I got a crash course in Radio from an experienced radio announcer by the name of Tony Paul, who had worked with other radio stations in the caribbean, and was given the basics of how to sound in terms of flow and saying what has to be said and confidence. he was there for two months before moving on and I was left handling the morning show from 5 - 10 am my first two months in radio. I learned on the fly i guess, they then shifted me to the afternoon shift from 2 - 6 pm a show i christened the 2 -6 crazy mix. I left Hot FM in September and freelanced for a few years with another radio station Radio Caribbean International. in that time i did commercials, audio, due to my radio personality and voice quality, and later video. I currently work in radio/tv.
