I trained as a sound engineer in-house at the South African Broadcasting Corporation. - looked, listened and learned from the many broadcasters and voice artists I recorded and did tech stuff for live on-air.
I loved voice work the moment I recorded my first radio ad in the late 80's. From there it grew to many, many sessions in South Africa.
I broadcast live for 7 years on Jacaranda 94.2 to an audience up to 250 000. At the same time I managed the commercial production studio for the station and voiced many station links, bridges and stings. I also co-composed, produced and engineered programme jingles for Jacarnda on two occasions.
I founded Celshot in 2020. celshot.co.za
