My Voice Experience

The voice work I've done covers a wide spectrum of types. I've recorded commercial audio, audiobooks, documentary narration, ADR and other voice audio for feature films, audio for industrials and training materials, and more. My versatility means that whatever type of voice work you need, I can deliver it.

My Training

In addition to experience gained on the job, I have studied voice acting with Bob Michaels at STAGE (Society for Theatrical Artists' Guidance and Enhancement) in Dallas, TX. My formal voice training included not only instruction on the theory and philosophy of voice acting, but also extensive copy-performance practice and coaching.

I have also taken a variety of acting classes that have been of great benefit to my voice career.

My Studio Equipment

I have a professional-quality cardioid microphone (a Yeti) connected to my home system, with ProTools installed for recording capability.

Additional Skills

I hold a Certified Professional Commercial Copywriter designation from the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB); moreover, during my time as that organization's Senior Writer/Editor, I was often called upon to contribute voice over audio for projects related to RAB member services.
