• You can use your 🎧 SoundCheck within 12 months of the purchase date. (We recommend using it within the first 6 months to make changes to your profile based on the feedback you receive from our team.)
• 🎧 SoundCheck is subject to the availability of our sound engineers. Make sure to request it early to join the queue.
• You will need to be assessed before confirming your eligibility for the report.
