Werewolves, very intense, troubled werewolves. That has been my experience with audiobooks. I have recorded three audiobooks for ACX and had a great time doing it. I recorded and edited the audiobooks in my home studio. I had to do all of the characters male, female, young, old, happy and sad.
I have trained with voice coaches specifically for voiceover acting. I have been training and working for about a year and a half. I have attended, and continue to attend, classes and webinars on different aspects of voice-over acting. I have a day job teaching middle school. This experience has taught me the value of using my voice to reach out, convey messages and teach lessons. I have to entertain the students while getting the point across. I also spent 23 years n the US Army Infantry so I can project my voice and have knowledge in many aspects of military operations and training.
I have Scarlett equipment in my in-home studio. I use Audacity to record and edit my products. My studio is soundproofed and ready to run 24 hours a day.
I speak very rudimentary Spanish and am working on improving this. I read and speak very clearly and have very good, if not excellent, pronunciation.
