Versatile, commanding, impressions and characters.
Variety, variety, variety. I can create multiple voice textures and types for many different project needs. I am able to transition from a rich, warm, deep bass to an energetic and relatable guy-next-door, and most anything in between or beyond. I can add or subtract years to any vocal performance, and decades of experience behind a microphone have helped me perfect my tonality and technique. Exercising control and restraint for narrative projects and high-energy and enthusiasm for more commercial presentations, my voice fits many different needs and categories.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I can competently perform many different accents, dialects, impersonations and characterizations. The following is a partial list of examples:
Accents: Austrailian, British, Canadian, German, Irish, Native American, Scandinavian, and Scottish.
Dialects: USA regional - Northeast(Boston and New York), Southern (Texas drawl and Louisiana bayou), North(Minnesotan) and West Coast.
Impersonations: I perform countless impersonations. Some of those I feel are my strongest are actors like Sean Connery, Jack Lemmon, Morgan Freeman and Sam Elliot. I perform cartoon character impersonations including many characters from The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Spongebob Squarepants.
Characterizations: Implementing the use of my accents and dialects, I am able to create realistic and effective characters as needed, upon request.
My Voice Experience
I began doing voiceover in college at a local radio station. They needed someone to perform a few characters for local spots. From 1995-97, I wrote and performed several TV and radio ads for the bar I was employed at. During the last 8 years, I owned my own business, a karaoke bar at which I spent 3-4 nights a week behind the microphone. Throughout that time, I again wrote and performed radio spots and internet advertising for my establishment. As of September 2013, I sold my business and am now focusing entirely on pursuing my dream of becoming a successful voiceover artist. I have completed 5 audiobooks which are now available on Amazon and Audible, and have 2 more audiobook projects in production.

My Studio Equipment
My home studio consists of a Shure SM7B dynamic microphone and pop filter, an M-Audio Fast Track C400 preamp, and I use Adobe Audition as my DAW. My studio is acoustically treated to produce the best possible vocal recordings.
I have spent most of my working life behind a microphone in one way or another. My experience and my knowledge with vocal and audio recording, along with my ability to create music and jingles, makes me a "one-stop" option for anyone seeking a professional voice talent.
