Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I am a quick study with accents and dialects. My repertoire includes American Southern, American Western, New York, Boston, British Upperclass, Cockney, Northern English, Scottish, Irish, French, Spanish, Italian, Germanic, Russian/Eastern European, Scandinavian, Yiddish, and Australian accents.

My Voice Experience

For the last ten years I have worked making books on tape for the Learning Ally organization. My voice has been recorded for a variety of resources, including textbooks, instructional books, novels and children's books. These recordings were done on computer at their studio in Washington, DC.

My Training

I have honed my expertise at Learning Ally over the years. In addition, I have had several years of vocal training as a singer. My training has continued in High School, at Montgomery College, and privately at the Levine School of Music in Washington. My training as a singer allows me to project my voice to many different levels, from high pitched head-voice to low chest voice.
I also studied acting at Montgomery College, where I appeared in several productions, including two for their Summer Dinner Theater program.
