Accents: Standard British, lower class British/Cockney, Scottish, Irish, French, Italian, German, Russian, "Jewish mother", American South (Eastern), American South (Western), "Valley girl", stereotypical Brooklyn, Latina.
Characterizations: high-pitched "Queen Victoria", mid-pitch whiny "Lois Griffin", low and breathy "FM d.j.", tough "girl rapper".

My Voice Experience

I've been on the radio for almost 20 years as a newscaster and traffic reporter. I've also been the "sarcastic side-kick" at various times on various stations in the New York City market. (WFUV, WRCN, WBZO, WBAB, others) As a result I've had to do commercial spots of many different types both live and recorded. (Generally with no more than a quick pre-read of the copy.)

Other projects include:
Russian language narration of community outreach video for Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.

Recurring voice-over as an oncology nurse (Joan) for The National Cancer Institute's Cancer Survival Toolbox series of cd's and downloads.

Guest comedic appearance on The Love Dogs' album "New Tricks" as Shelita (young Latina searching for a dog).

Narration of Hoiday Sales Video for Trifari Jewelry.
