Romantic, smooth, wry, witty, multifaceted
I have a very versatile vocal style. My natural speaking voice is warm, sexy and smooth. But I am also a natural mimic, able to do numerous impersonations upon hearing them, as well as higher registered, accented, and character voices.

My Voice Experience
All of my life, I have been asked to be the "voice on the answering machine" for nearly every "day job" I've had. In fact, I just was asked to record a few demos for a new internal application being used in my corporate job. I've studied theatre and performed all of my life, taking vocal training classes for the stage, and have worked in college radio as an over-night DJ for a public radio station. When I lived in Chicago, my day job asked me to be the voice for a CD-ROM about the University's Dental School program. It always seems like I'm being asked to do this as part and parcel of my 'day job', as opposed to professionally as another income source. So, I decided to take some courses locally on voice over work, and was told by the instructor about halfway through the course that I didn't need to continue, I was ready. So...I'm ready! Let's do this.
University of Iowa, Theatre & French double major
Acted in several roles for over 15 years in Chicago, New York and Houston, and continue to do so. Studied voice over locally in Houston with Jim Conlan.
My Studio Equipment
I have a lot of experience in the insurance industry, thanks to my day job. Therefore, pronouncing complex medical words is never a problem for me.
