My Voice Experience

• Developed script, performed voice-overs and produced television spots used in the 178th Fighter Wing’s cable and broadcast advertising campaign.

I am a very diverse background having served in the military for almost 30 years. From various career fields such as personnel to spokesman for a corporate video news magazine, I have been often recognized for my voice work. Recruiting & Retention NCO
• The 123rd remains one of the two highest manned units in the state of Ohio at 118%, well above the state’s goal.
• Manages and serves as the Cost Center Manager for the GSU Recruiting Operating Budget of $9700 ($6200 O & M and $3500 Advertising).
• Unit diversity is at its highest point in history.
• Critical member of the Commander’s key staff where his opinion is solicited regarding every unit decision.
2001–2005 Air National Guard NGB, Wash. D.C.
Regional Health Professions Recruiter
• Successfully interfaced with ANG units, recruiter’s personnel directors, ANG medical squadrons, State Air Surgeons, RRS’s and ESSO’s. Provided outstanding assistance to the units and medical squadrons in meeting their health professional recruiting requirements. Represented the Air National Guard in the medical community, at hospitals, universities and national conferences.
• Demonstrated an extensive knowledge of and experience in ANG recruiting and retention policies, practices and procedures. Served 10 states in meeting their medical squadron’s needs. This position required both normal duty hours as well as weekend duty. Was required to accomplish frequent TDY’s in order to provide the TAG and unit commanders with quality personnel to fill ANG critical positions.
• Prepared reports and correspondence for HP as required by ANG/DPRO to include budget reports, lead generation reports, TDY trip reports, and other correspondence as required.

• Contributed to the 178th Fighter Wing achieving its most impressive diversity numbers in its history. In 1998 enlisted 19 minorities, an astounding 15% of the offices enlistments. Responsible for a 4% increase in minority representation in 1999 by personally enlisting 40% of the total minority accessions.
• Visited and spoke with students and instructors at numerous high schools to enhance the image of the Air National Guard and to inform the community of its many benefits.
• Developed script, performed voice-overs and produced television spots used in the 178th Fighter Wing’s cable and broadcast advertising campaign.
