My Voice Experience

I did a 1 minute commercial where I went from Jennifer in "Love Story" lambasting Oliver and acting nasty with Oliver to "Mrs. Smith" in Mr. & Mrs. Smith action pack noises and comments.

I was Stella in 'Stella Got Her Groove Back' making love sounds while singing a rap/hip-hop song by Queen Latifah.

My Training

I learned voice and extemporaneous speaking in high school, and took drama classes in college with skits and plays. I was also the President of the Drama Club in high school, and competed in debate teams.

I also worked on a musical called 'Your Arms Too Short to Box with God' at my exchange college, Wellesley College.

I sang in the Vassar and Wellesley Gospel Choirs.

I also worked on a 'voice over duet' of classical music.

My Studio Equipment

I have access to a studio possessing with the recording and reproduction of sound through mechanical and electronic means. The technician and my can produce creative and technical aspects of audio rather than any formal engineering. We can work with analog tapes, digital multitrack recorders and workstations, and computer knowledge. Both the technician and myself are versed in the understanding of software and hardware integration from synchronization to analog to digital transfers.

Additional Skills

I have strong analytical, writing, and human relations skills, as well as an ability to quality control and quality assure any aspect of a project.

I was in the UNIX computer field for 10-12 as a UNIX system administrator.

I have also taught General and Business English overseas and have used creative sounds/techniques to teach students English phonetics.
