Influential, compassionate, convincing, soothing
I have a crisp, clear, attractive voice. My voice has a welcoming, calming, nurturing appeal with good character to it. I can sound relaxed, laid back and have a familiarity as if I already know who I am talking to for a while. I have a great sound for documentaries, biographies, audio books, narrations for children’s books and more! I can feel and watch the pace to give the read dramatic expression; Over all, I have a voice people like to listen to because of my knowledgeable, honest sound - I love to talk and convince an audience with quality and lasting believability.

My Voice Experience
Since I have developed a passionate interest in areas of: Home Family, Health & Wellness, Exercise & Fitness, Self Improvement, Inspiration & Compassion, I have many insights and true stories to share. My writing is a vehicle for my voice. My voice is but a vehicle for even a larger voice ~ that wants to speak through you...
I published my own Success Story in the May 1984 Shape Magazine issue.I choose to be "in the moment" rather than being concerned about "doing." In 2006 I wrote gave a sincere presentation to a non-profit organization at their request. I provided a dramatic helpful tool for them which described making a comfort list. I left them with things that bring joy and peace, keeping you "out of your mind!" The list looked like this:
Listening to music
Walking along a mountain path
Taking a warm bubble bath
Reading a great book
Listening to wind chimes
Watching candles glow
Listening to the silence
Spending time at a bookstore
Talking with friends
Watching the sunrise
Watching the sunset
Having a massage
Giving a hug
Collecting favorite things
The more we allow ourselves time for these comforting activities the more connected we become with our center, creating a balance within ourselves. being in the moment is realized as pleasurable. When we mentor as if it doesn't matter ~ coming from being and not doing ~ the flow is magical and we mentor with ease...

Good clear communication is #1 for me. There are many forms of communication. Communication experts estimate only 75 of our communication is represented by the words we say; another 38% by our sounds and how we say our words, and 55% by our non-verbal's and body language.
Listening is an important but often neglected part of communication. Most of our listening occurs at the first four levels: 1) Ignoring 2) Pretend listening 3) Selective listening 4) Attentive listening 5) Empathetic listening. It is my belief...the 5th level, Empathetic listening is the ONLY level that lets the listener properly diagnose or understand the other person.
Empathetic listening allows others to express and explore feelings at their own pace and in their own direction. It takes several skills including capturing feelings from non-verbal ones and phrasing empathetic responses clearly with support. These skills take dedication, sincerity, and practice.
I am confident in saying, I have successfully accomplished ALL of these levels over my years of experiences.I have learned, it is now time for me to work with an organization of good honest people who professionally train and who will motivate me with opportunities to successfully advance so I can..."pay it forward" Then those people will also succeed.
