smart, modern, funny, approachable, down-to-earth
Commercially, I am the compassionate, warm, polished but approachable narrator, funny best friend, the hip, young Mom, the sexy geek or the wry, seen-it-before announcer.
My clients find that I am the right balance of mature but not too formal, and youthful but not naive. I can really warm up and humanize technical copy while still giving it a professional polish.

My Voice Experience
As talent, I have voiced projects for AT&T, Duracell, Amex, PayPal, Harrah’s, Hilton, Cincinnati Bell, Evol foods, Chevy, Blue's Clues, National Gallery of Art, Dollar Bank, Moe's Southwest Grill, Acer as well as many medical and pharmaceutical narrations.
I am very grateful to have had experience on both sides of the window. On the production side, I served as voice director and talent supervisor for the Emmy Award-winning PBS cartoon, "WordWorld". I’ve also voice directed various games and toys for The Backyardigans, Go, Diego, Go!, Dora the Explorer, as well as numerous children’s audio books for Scholastic. As Head of the VO Department at Animation Collective, I oversaw the records and casting of nine shows produced for Nickelodeon, Nicktoons, Cartoon Network, and AOL kids. My TV production career started on the show "Blue's Clues", where I won my very first VO role—that of a talking mailbox! Currently I teach for the well respected Edge Studio.
I graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama, and also trained in improv through Second City. As a live performer, I have four years of stand-up, and eight years of sketch comedy under my belt. I have been teaching (and constantly learning) voice-over at Edge Studio. I've also trained with many great coaches in LA including Bob Bergen, Harry Dunn, Mary Lynn Wissner, Jody Gottlieb, Jeff Howell, Charlie Adler, Susan Palyo and Artt Butler.

My background in sketch comedy and stand-up gives me a great comic sensibility. My many years in the pre-school television world gave a sharp ear when narrating for a younger audience. And my extensive acting training allows me to emotionally connect to copy in a very real, grounded way. This training also really helps on long-form projects; I have the focus and endurance to stay consistent and maintain quality over an extended period of time.
