My educational voice can motivate clients to enjoy learning new information to apply to their jobs. For narrations a gentle or enthusiastic voice encourages the listener to cuddle up and enjoy the reading. If it's a product that needs to be sold, you'll find my voice will either warmly or energetically paint a picture to encourage the consumer to want to run out and purchase the product immediately!

My Voice Experience

My experience thus far has been in narrations, which I thoroughly enjoy doing, but I'd like to branch out into other areas as well. I've recorded books, magazine articles, newspapers, and educational materials. Many of these have been entered into library catalogues.

My Training

With a BS in special education and an endorsement as a reading specialist, I have taught school for many years. During the years of teaching I have made many educational recordings. Teaching young children has allowed me to become very proficient in reading aloud and motivating students by using different voices. I have studied voiceovers with Such a Voice.

My Studio Equipment

I have my own home studio utilizing ProTools to record.

Additional Skills

I enjoy TV, film, art, and reading for my own pleasure. I love to visualize the characters and imagine how they might sound were they to come to life! I'm amenable to direction and would love the opportunity to complete a project with you!
