My Voice Experience

Currently I have yet to have any experience doing voiceovers professionally. Many people have commented to me over the years that I'd have a great voice for radio and that they enjoy some of the crazy or mocking voices I use. The only true experience on air was being interviewed for the radio during halftime of a Kentucky Wesleyan basketball game in the Sweet Sixteen of the Division II National Tournament. I want to use those talents for a career in broadcasting, but I also think it can lend itself to voiceover work as well. I like to have fun with it and could do a wide variety of work if given the chance. For the last 3 years I have also worked as an actor in the children's church sketches where I attended. Usually it requires between 20-40 lines of memorization during the week and the utmost energy in delivering them to elementary and middle school aged kids. In these skits, I am playing a teenager which is well below my actual age.

My Training

Some college experience (around Junior year level in credits), All State Chorus in grade school, along with Gospel Choir in college, 3 speech classes at college, Associate's Degree from National College.

My Studio Equipment

Not much to speak of, but I do own a dynamic microphone, desktop pc, digital voice recorder, and have Audacity on my computer. Also, I have access to my old school's sound booth on weekdays if necessary.

Additional Skills

Basically, I have been in various fields of the customer service industry for almost 15 years where I have been forced to hone my communication skills in the public sphere.
