My Voice Experience
My voice-acting jones goes way back to early childhood, when I drove my mother crazy trying to talk like Eliza Doolittle and Lena Lamont. Why did they need to learn to speak differently? I thought they sounded awesome. I've been working professionally as a voice actor for ten years, primarily commercial and narrative work for TV, radio and non-broadcast. Since May of 2016 I've narrated a large chunk of the State Farm Insurance new ad campaign, "Here to help life go right", across all mediums- TV, radio and non-broadcast. I've done ADR work for Sony Pictures and recently voiced Spotify's "Echoes of Vietnam".
I've trained at the School of Voiceover in Minnesota, and studied with renowned voice actor Mark Benninghoffen and with Mary Lynn Wissner through Open Coaches.
My Studio Equipment
I have a home studio in which I use a Warm Audio WA-87 microphone, Presonus 2i2 preamp and Audacity software. It is sound approved by sound guru George Whittam.
