My Voice Experience

Created a voice and music package that was played on blowupradio.com for the Banding Together telethon for the Spondylitis Association in 2012. Voiceover work highlighted the cause and how to give, as well as introduced the music of the different groups I play in.

Between 2005 and 2010, created corporate eLearning presentations including visuals and voice narration tracks to work with learners' tendency toward auditory and visual learning. Was an in-classroom and distance learning trainer from 1996 through 2009.

My Training

BA in English, Stony Brook University, 1992. Performed in university plays and took acting courses and performed music; providing a theme song for a campus game show live, in-studio. Was Associate News Editor of campus twice-weekly newspaper.

My Studio Equipment

MacBook Pro with LogicPro and GarageBand software. Tascam US-122 pre-amp/interface, Audio Technica condenser microphone.

Additional Skills

Produced a full-length album and multiple singles of original music in my home studio. I'm currently recording a full-length album of children's music (mostly rock) in a dedicated studio. Have composted and recorded instrumentals for use in on-hold music, game shows and corporate training videos and eLearning course themes. Can compose and record soundtracks for your project.

I'm a member of Parents Who Rock, a team of musicians and music fans in my hometown of Montclair, NJ, who perform music for good causes. This year, the focus is on alleviating hunger locally. I speak passionately about these causes onstage and in recorded voice work.

Currently working in IT for small business and have all-around understanding of networking, web technology and development terminology.
