Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

German accent, clumsy old man, sagely wizard, foreboding narrator, wild-eyed scientist, noble hero, and sneaky trickster, just to name a few off the top of my head. I'm very happy to explore other types of characterizations.

My Voice Experience

I have no professional experience. I started voice acting as a hobby when I was a child. My parents would have me narrate children's books we owned into a boombox microphone. The tapes still exist, and my parents love to embarrass me by bringing them out at family gatherings.

During the advent of podcasting in the mid 2000s, I did about 12 episodes of a podcast themed around the Calgary Flames NHL team. The podcast was unofficial and not recognized by the organization. Purely fan based. I made use of some very rudimentary sound editing for added effect, but otherwise it was just me talking about the team on a weekly basis for about an hour each episode.

At present, you do not want to hire me. This is just a placeholder account that I intend to grow and build up as I get more experience in the industry after my training and acquisition of proper recording equipment for a home studio.
