My Voice Experience

I have only recently delved into the world of voice acting. It has been a dream of mine since I was very young. I have done small projects in college that involved writing lyrics to make different songs relevant to class material. An example of this is LMFAO's song "Sexy and I Know It" was rewritten to be "I'm Infectious and I Know It" and pertained to a specific microorganism and how it developed an immunity to certain drug treatments. I also wrote another version of "Set Fire to the Rain" by Adele for my job at Walgreens that included the different "cultural beliefs" that we are to follow as employees.

My Training

I have 4 years of experience in theater, mostly focusing on musical theater from high school. I also have an additional year of various theater classes pertaining to monologues and one act shows. My bachelors degree is in Criminal Justice but I started my college career as a Theater major. I have auditioned for different shows throughout my time as a student but never had the time to commit to rehearsals and long running shows due to having school and work full-time. I make videos as well as do some audio work when I can for projects for school or work.

My Studio Equipment

My father has access to audio equipment and a decent sound board at the high school that he works for.

Additional Skills

I am the current department head of a photo lab for Walgreens. I am very familiar with photography types of technology and composition. I do a small bit of photography myself but nothing in the professional realm. I am an avid Karaoke-goer. I use those opportunities to not just sing like the person who sings the song but expand on my own voice using someone else's song.
