My Voice Experience

My voice has been used countless times, to soothe irate Clients over the phone. For the most part, my prior experience has been in Insurance related call centres.

A number of times, coworkers, Team Leaders and Customers have marvelled at the sound of my voice. People have mentioned that I should be the recording on the IVR. Once upon a time, I answered the phone and the Customer responded " should be a voice-model, or something" lie.

My Training

Tone, sympathy/empathy, sterness, are all elements which are stressed in any phone-service related career. The past 12 years have seen the development and honing of my skills in being able to calm the savage beast(ie. an irate customer)

My Studio Equipment

I work with the Windows XP OS on a Dell laptop. I am able to record my voice and deliver via email as an attachment, for the most part.

Additional Skills

I think it pertinent to mention that dozens of people over the past dozen years, have commented upon or complimented my voice. It is not as if I have suddenly decided that others will love the sound of my voice. This information has been thrust upon me by others. These 'others' being your average consumers of products and services. 'Others' being some of the masses who watch tv and listen to the radio and who are influenced by advertisements to spend. 'Others' being people who enjoy hearing a fun story full of adventure and expression.
