My Voice Experience

I've been an actor part-time for over 25 years, and was encouraged by a fellow actor last year to give voice over work a try. She was very encouraging, and along with a similar opinion from some other theatre friends, I started to look at if this is something I could really do. I took a v/o seminar, that involved recording a demo at the end. I was happy with it, as was the instructor, and then fate stepped in. I was asked to record a piece for an interactive video display at the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester, NY, where I was living at the time. It didn't pay, but it boosted my confidence, and I put together a reel. So, here I am, the new guy in town. Let's see what we can accomplish together.

My Training

Actor part-time since 1985, private v/o tutoring last year with Andrea Holland, a full-time v/o actor and media business owner. I still act part time, in both stage and film production, and will be appearing in the Central NY Playhouse production of "The Laramie Project," in September, 2014.
