Every new project is exciting for me, and an opportunity to bring my best!
My first voiceover job, as well as my first job ever, was playing a gossiping Muppet named "Toya", on a Saturday morning series called "Citykids" (Jim Henson Productions). It was a rare opportunity, and an amazing introduction into the world of voice-over. Often on the job experience, and collaborating with so many talented artists and creatives, has been a great source of education.
Working as a voiceover talent has also been the perfect marriage to studio work I've already been doing as a session vocalist. My vocals have been featured on projects with various recording artists (Mark Ronson/Non Phixion/Pants Velour), as well as many youth focused projects (Nickelodeon/PBS/Sesame Studios). I've developed a great ear for vocal matching, and harmonizing, which helps greatly with voice over projects. I am also a karaoke master, so there is no genre of music too obscure for me to tackle.
Music is one of my favorite forms of expression!

Years of invaluable training as an actor and vocalist.
As a NYC based teaching artist, I've taught acting/improv, vocal performance, and dramatic writing workshops to students ranging from pre-school to novice adult, as well as leadership based trainings. These experiences have been invaluable to me as a voice-over artist, and helped me learn how to connect with a wide range of audiences. I've worked with educators doing in-character historical narrations, sexual health based interactive programs for teens and young adults, literacy & math programs often playing a tutor role, as well as children's roles from 1st to 6th grade.
