My Voice Experience
Announcer for East-West Bank radio commercial. English overdub for Dad in a State Farm TV commercial originally filmed in Mandarin Chinese. English overdub for the Father (Far) in "Antboy," a Danish superhero film (US release in April 2014). I performed the voices in a Hallmark Spirit Clip called "Lucky Penny." I provided a sergeant's voice for a project for the US military to help soldiers deal with PTSD while still in the field. I recorded two spots for Kangaroo Express (east coast market). I've provided multiple VO spots for Future Auto Sales based in Los Angeles. I edited copy, directed the voice talent, and composed original music for audio spots to advertise upcoming performances at the Long Beach Shakespeare Company. Starred in a one-man show as Mark Twain in April 2014.

My home studio includes Sonar Platinum Edition, Athlon XP Quad Core 3000+ CPU, 980 GB Solid State Hard Drive, 32 GB RAM, Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, Tascam US-322 MKII Audio Interface, Rode NT-2A large diaphragm mic, ZOOM R-16 digital multitrack/audio interface/controller. Sonar Platinum Edition includes built-in effects including compression, gating, reverb, time-based effects (chorus, phase, etc.), JBL LSR305 studio monitors.
Member of the Long Beach Shakespeare Company (LBSC) since March 2007, for which I've appeared in over 50 productions, including Richard III, Romeo & Juliet, A Comedy of Errors, The Maltese Falcon, Merry Wives of Windsor, Othello, Alice in Wonderland (staged reading where I performed 25 unique voices), the company's live staged recreation of classic radio shows including Orson Welles' 1958 broadcast of the War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells, lead roles in King Lear and Richard III, respectively. One-man Mark Twain show. I portrayed the Stage Manager in "Our Town," and also served as the dialect coach. I was favorably reviewed in Backstage Magazine for my portrayal of Dr. Feldman, a German psychiatrist in a two-person play, "Duet for One," by Tom Kempinski.
