Guy Next Door, Announcer, Characters, Military
I have a commanding, yet playful voice. My voice has been described as resonating, authoritative, sexy, powerful, warm, comforting, fun, and friendly. My voice is the guy next door, a young dad, a hip club voice, or a young friendly announcer. It is well suited for narrations, characters, animation, podcasts, video games, commercials and on-camera work.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I have a repertoire of Muppet-type character voices from years of puppetry. I can speak convincingly with a Minnesotan, German, Slavic or various British accents. I have been complimented on my impersonation of Schwarzenegger and I do a spot-on Dr. Claw (remember Inspector Gadget?).
My Voice Experience
My mouth has been running for 37 years and counting. Many would say running non-stop... So, why not make some money with my mouth? I have years of experience acting on camera for commercials, short films, TV specials, and features. My stage roles range from King Henry V to a man-eating alien houseplant. I've been a semi-professional puppeteer. I was a military officer for eight years, giving commands to upwards of 200 assembled men. I oftentimes create character voices for fun and love to read aloud to groups ranging from school children to stage audiences.
I have training in Linklater and Lessac theatrical voice technique from Tom Skore (VASTA) at the University of Alaska Anchorage. I have also had voice over workshop training from professional voice over artist Norm Silver. I have been named "Most Versatile Actor 2006" by Stagetalk, a public radio program (Anchorage, AK). I also won Honorable Mention as Best Adult Male Actor at the 2006 Millie Lewis Acting, Model and Talent Competition in Orlando, FL. I have trained in improvisation at a workshop led by Academy Award winner Alan Arkin. I have a BS in Mass Communications.
My Studio Equipment
I have access to a Rode NT-1A large diaphragm microphone, a M Box 350 and Pro Tools software.
