Young adult to middle aged female, warm, friendly
I've always loved creating different characters using my voice. My sound is clean, medium-pitched, pleasant and friendly. I can be warm and energetic for commercials, smooth and confident for industrials, and I can create many different characters - from devilish to angelic - for video games.

My Voice Experience
I currently have a spot running for Sylvan Learning Center in the Chicago area. I've done VO for commercials (Luna), industrial videos (Diversey, Yum International, etc.) and phone systems (Law Elderlaw). My voice can be heard on the video game DESPERADOS 2: COOPER'S REVENGE, and on Chicago Shakespeare Theater's website for their multimedia instructional CD-Rom about ROMEO AND JULIET.
I've also recorded or performed pre-show announcements and other voiceovers for the Goodman Theatre in Chicago and Equity Library Theatre, and I've read short stories for WBEZ's Stories on Stage series.
I have an MFA in Theatre Performance from Roosevelt University's College for the Performing Arts, and a BA in Theatre and Communications from Bowling Green State University. I've studied VO at Act One Studios in Chicago and taken workshops with Joshua Swanson and Deb Doetzer.

I work part-time as a public speaking and accent reduction coach, so I am very aware of good vocal production and the flexibility a well-trained voice can have. I'm also working to develop my knowledge about different kinds of voiceovers so that I can keep expanding my range of vocal characters!
