A variety of styles, from natural to announcer
Crisp, clean, young. I have been an announcer for 14 years, but my delivery is natural. I've often been asked to "say something in your radio voice." My response is, "I just did." My radio voice is my natural speaking voice...it's just simpler that way.

My Voice Experience
12 years of flapping my gums on the radio. I'm a woman...we love to talk...what can I say. I'm often mistaken for being "older than you sound," and once..."you sounded like you'd have black hair." I did at one time, but am a natural blonde/brunette. Part of small market radio is spots from within...most of our commercials are cut internally...not by agencies. I write them, I record them, I produce them.
AAS Degree in Radio Broadcasting from Mount Hood Community College in Gresham...that taught me very little. My training began with my first (and only) job in radio at the station I presently still work for.
My Studio Equipment
I have my own, top of the line, recording studio in my home. I confess, the equipment baffles me, but I know that it's the same as my studio at the radio station because I broadcast our morning show from here.
In the movie, "Boogie Nights," the characters are forced to act poorly in adult movies. Those scenes fascinate me because it must have been so difficult for these incredibly talented actors to try to be bad actors. If you need someone to do poor voice over work, I don't know that I could force myself to do it.
