Worklete Videos for Argentina ZD1789705
Worklete is a workplace safety company based in San Francisco. I have produced several videos for them and they are now looking to expand their clientele to Spanish speaking. I have 25 videos varying in length between 1 to 2 minutes roughly. I am having them transcribed in english and need a VO talent to translate and Voice over in Spanish. Not sure what the cost of this would be so I'm also looking for estimates to send back to client. Thanks

Lifting a 5 gallon bottle combines the hip hinge with pulling mechanics
Flexing or extending your spine under load is a leading factor for lower back or neck injuries
To properly lift a 5 gallon bottle, start with the 3Ps: Power Stance, Power Brace, Power Zone.
Adopt a staggered stance and perform a hip hinge, bending at your hips, not at your back.
Grab the neck of the bottle and tilt it toward your body. Create levers with your forearms on your thighs.
Maintain your braced 3 point rule and pull the bottle close to your body and deeper into your Power Zone.
Push with your legs and squeeze your butt, driving your hips forward as you lift the bottle.
Use the momentum from your legs to bring the bottle straight to your shoulder.
Remember to keep the bottle close to your body in your Power Zone.
Using the same hand and shoulder as your back foot can help avoid twisting with the weight.
When putting the bottle back down, keep the weight close to your body, creating levers with your forearms on thighs as you lower it with two hands into your power zone and to the floor.
Maintain the 3 point rule to keep your spine in a neutral position as you lift. Remember the neck is part of the spine.
Keeping your head up while hinging extends your neck into a compromised position.
