Waste Pro Video Project
ZD1956378
This is an instructional video for a waste collection company in partnership with the City of Cape Coral. There are three scripts for three different videos covering the 3 kinds of disposal items. I am looking for a warm friendly pleasant conversational voice to help people connect people to the information presented. After all its just a list of dos and don'ts, so I don't want it to come off too stiff or robotic. Looking to hire someone right away, so a quick turnaround would be highly appreciated. I'm open to small tweaks on the lines to make the flow better. Please send custom demo or you will not be considered.

Garbage

When taking out your garbage for pickup,
Your tan cart should be placed at the curb 3 feet away from other containers or obstacles before 6AM on collection day or the night before.
The handle must face away from the street for pickup.
Do not place the cart backwards at the curb.
Place excess bagged garbage or bulk items 3 feet away from the side of the cart. Disassemble or bundle bulky waste whenever possible.
Never overfill or compress garbage in the cart as this can lead to messes or cause trash to be left behind.
Hazardous materials, paint or liquids should never be placed in the cart. For safe disposal take these items to our waste collection facility.
By following this simple guide, you will ensure all your waste items are picked up in a timely manner and disposed of safely.
For more information please call or visit us online.

Recycling

When taking out you’re recycling for pickup,
Your green cart should be placed at the curb 3 feet away from other containers or obstacles.
The handle must face away from the street for pickup.
Please do not place the cart backwards at the curb.
Cut or flatten cardboard before placing it in the cart.
Do not overfill or compress recyclable material in the cart.
Put overflow or extra recycling in a cardboard box or Kraft paper bag.
The five materials that can be recycled are paper, metal, cardboard*, plastic* and glass. All items should be clean and dry.
Film or foam plastics such as Styrofoam, clothing, scrap metal, electronics, cords, hoses, and waste do not belong in your recycle cart.
Just because an item is recyclable doesn’t mean it’s recyclable in your curbside cart. Attempting to do so will be more expensive and have a higher environmental impact.
For more information please call or visit us online.

Yard Waste

When taking out you’re yard waste for pickup,
Place items within 3 feet of the curb and separated away from garbage and recycling.
Yard waste should be placed in cans, bags or bundles of no more than 50 pounds each including palm fronds which should be in neat piles.
Never mix yard waste with garbage or pile uncontained grass clippings or leaves for pickup.
Doing so will result in a notice and your items will not be picked up.
Tie and bundle tree limbs and branches that are smaller than 4 inches in diameter and less than 6 feet in length.
By following this simple guide, you will ensure all your yard waste items are picked up in a timely manner and disposed of safely.
