Script Details

Design of the new digital platform and business is a complex and involved process where new business outcomes and business processes are developed.

First of all, we will determine all of the student journeys in every step within each and every student journey, from post graduate research, undergraduate, distance and blended learning, global MBA, post graduate taught and medical.

Once the student journeys have been identified, the academic hierarchy and compliance obligations that underpin the university will then be confirmed.

The four principal business activity areas span each and every one of the student journeys. The business outcomes that are related to each of the business activity areas will then be identified.

All of these business outcomes must be developed with complete collaboration between business and IT. A new, commercial, off the shelf IT architecture will be used incorporating campus solutions CRM and workflow.

This will be an integrated and standardised system that will be accessed through a new and dynamic digital user interface. Business and IT will then work to define and develop new business processes that will deliver the business outcomes. Once the catalogue of business processes has been completed, then the project is able to look at the processes in detail and determine where in the university these processes will be delivered.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
