Each delivered file must:

*Be a 192kbps or higher MP3, Constant Bit Rate (CBR) at 44.1 kHz
The audiobook must include opening and closing credits that match the title's cover art.
At minimum, the opening credits must note the name of the audiobook, the name of the author(s), and the name of the narrator(s). Closing credits must, at minimum, state "the end".

What makes me so qualified to train other Realtors®? Well let me tell you a little about myself, I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years. I became a successful agent and I never paid for marketing, advertisement in newspapers, radio nor television and have never used social media to generate leads. I always received referrals through word of mouth or by talking to anyone and everyone I came in contact with. For example: I sold a house to every cashier at my local grocery store.
Nine years ago, my husband and I opened our own real estate company, NBI Realty in Northern Virginia where he filled the role of the principal broker and I stuck to my forte – serving as the marketing director. It was the worst time to open a real estate company due to the collapse of the housing market. Everyone in the business was struggling, but I knew I had to come up with an idea to recruit Realtors® and I did!
