The target audience are companies that need to provide consumer based customer support. The nature and tone is tongue & cheek and humorous. The part is a person working in CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They should have MIDWEST OR NORTHERN MIDWEST ACCENT (THINK FARGO).

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Customer support, I’m happy to help you today. First, we’ll need to verify you for this mission disclosure.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Okay, great. What can I help you with today?

AGENT: I better send you a video.

AGENT points his camera at the bomb and shoots video of the digital display, now down to 30 seconds.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: I see, you’ll be needing the disarming protocol. Do you see the red cable inside the device?

AGENT: You mean this one?

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Yes, that’s the one. I can wait while you disconnect.

AGENT: Done.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Great, now just flip the switch on the right side to “off”.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Sounds like that worked. Can I assist you with anything else?

AGENT: No, that will do…

AGENT: …for now.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Okay, well I hope you enjoy the rest of your evening.
