Hello everyone, my client is looking for younger, student aged voices, particularly male teenagers or teenage sounding. Please only reply if you fit into this category and with respect, please do not use voice pitching apps to make your voice sound younger if you are an older person :) I am happy to receive any samples from work you have already recorded, and if you like, demo out one of the two paragraphs of the short script below. If you have a foreign accent but speak fluent English you are most welcome to apply. Please note, Talent are required to record and edit there own material to a high industry standard, so please do not reply if you are unable to do this. Thank you for your time, hope to hear from you.

How did the earliest human beings adapt to their environments and create the first civilizations?
The earliest human beings, probably beginning before 70,000 B.C., invented human culture—that is, they developed sufficient communications to allow people to cooperate and exploit their natural environment by means of technology. Next came the move from a food-collecting to a food-producing economy. After beginning in the Fertile Crescent region of western Asia shortly after 10,000 B.C., food production spread to Europe beginning around 7000 B.C. Over the thousands of years following the invention of agriculture, human society became more complex and won increasing control of the natural environment. As a result, the first civilizations emerged in Egypt and Mesopotamia (mez-O-po-tam-i-a) after 3500 B.C.

• What were the Mesopotamians’ major contributions to government, religion, and art and culture?
The first cities appeared in Mesopotamia about 3500 B.C. and maybe even earlier. Writing was invented independently in Mesopotamia and Egypt between 3500 and 3000 B.C. In Mesopotamia, the Sumerians and Akkadians (a-KAY-dee-ens) flourished in city-states, which were run by a dominant political elite. These city-states were eventually conquered and united into a single Mesopotamian kingdom.
