Project Main Details

Seagate Robotics 
This project is for the Seagate "All Hands" meeting in August. The narrative will about how Seagate creates amazing hard drives all around the globe, using robotics and nano manufacturing. We're currently traveling to these different locations, capturing dynamic shots of these robots and manufacturing lines. The goal of this video is to demonstrate to the employees of Seagate how their machines are at the frontier of robotic manufacturing.

The tone should sound conversational, cool, and a little edgy. They're basically boasting about how awesome their factories are.

We'll need to record the script at a later date, around July 26th or 27th.

To create precision hard drives, you need precision robotic manufacturing.

Tens of thousands of these robots operate in Seagate factories all over the globe.

Factories that are at the frontier of an incredibly meticulous process of automation and transformative nano-manufacturing.

Producing and assembling highly critical parts, some smaller than a grain of pepper.

These robots to tap into nanotechnology’s incredible potential by combining Seagate’s data age craftsmanship and nano-enabled processes.

They enable the automated manufacturing processes to be accurate, flexible, and cost effective.

Using intricate
mechanical, sensing and vision systems, Seagate’s robots integrate billions of materials and parts into millions of hard drives.

They learn to identify problems and trends through AI and connected machine to machine systems. All while communicating this data with suppliers.

They provide analytics, leverage and monetize data, increase productivity, and free up employees for increasingly higher-level, complex tasks.

The next generation of smarter, more mobile precision robots will help build the future of Seagate’s precision robots.

Which will enable our customers to maximize data’s potential and improve the human experience.
